Quick answers
Does Swim Away need the internet?
No. The ponds play offline. Videos for extra tries, hearts or helpers, and purchases, need a connection.
I bought something and it's missing.
Open Settings (the cog on Home) and tap Restore purchases. The Shop has the same button. If it still doesn't show, tap Report a bug above. Your player code is already in the mail, so we can find it.
Are there ads?
Swim Away is free to play. It shows a short ad between ponds, and you can choose to watch a video for extra tries, a heart or a helper. No Ads, a one-time purchase, removes the ads between ponds. Videos you choose to watch stay. See the Swim Away privacy policy for what the advertising and purchase systems send.
Will I lose my progress?
Your progress is saved on your phone. There are no accounts, so uninstalling the game or clearing its data starts it again from pond 1, unless your phone's Google backup brings it back.
Which phones?
Swim Away is made for Android phones and comes through Google Play.
What is my player code?
Six letters and digits in Settings, under the buttons. It helps us find your game when you write to us. The mails on this page fill it in for you.
